It was Great to see that I wasn't the only one to have a positive experience with Fenix...every dealership that I visited wasn't trying to make my vehicle purchase experience favorable...these guys know their business and have awesome quality vehicles on the lot...diamonds in the rough...negotiated with me with no haggling...wanted me to leave with my truck and even made sure it was transported safely and in a timely manner...A. I recently purchased a Jeep Liberty 2010 from Fenix Autosales , and the entire experience was exceptional. I want to thank everyone there for making the process so smooth and stress-free. Unlike other dealerships I visited, I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Everyone was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. They listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs without any "games" or last-minute surprises. The communication was clear and quick throughout the process, from the initial contact to the final paperwork. The finance department was also great, making sure all the figures were exactly as we had discussed. This is how car buying should be. I highly recommend Fenix Autosales and to anyone in the market for a used car.

Went here to buy a white 04 Nissan Titan with ac and left with one a great upgrade from my 76 C10 Chevy pickup without ac just can't beat the Texas heat . Also not to mention when there I felt at home like I was around friends that I have never met before and you can tell they all get along and have a good productive time at work and that's what it's all about I did buy a car fax and did my research before hand and it paid off I highly recommend anyone go to this small but awesome dealership and give them the business they deserve Gilbert in sales and Jesus the sales manager are the guys that helped me get my truck for that I am great full and if I ever need another car or truck or toy I'm going to Fenix auto sales in live oak TX just on the north side of San Antonio thanks guys for the best experience I've ever had at any dealership ever

These are actually good, honest, people. I am not one to trust people easy when it comes to car-sales, so much so that I will hire a private mechanic to do pre-purchase inspections and if that's not honored, I know to steer clear. I came here and Alex welcomed me to let him inspect the vehicle (a very good sign that speaks about the quality of vehicle that they will sell you). On top of that, I research the car I am interested in thoroughly to ensure I am getting a good deal and I can CONFIDENTLY say that this business was extremely fair and at no point tried to up-sell me, push me into a sale (which often happens at dealership) or do anything to make me feel like I wasn't in control of my purchase. This is definitely one of those small gems in San Antonio that is gonna go along way. The guys here are super respectful, professional, and I was really impressed by the way they handled everything.
